Michelle holds a Bachelor of Interior Design. While her career ultimately took a different direction, the discipline continues to shape how she works: understanding the whole picture, noticing the details others may miss and creating solutions that are both practical and considered.
Over the last decade, she has helped create a multimillion-dollar commercial painting company and has acquired, rebranded and scaled three businesses. Her work spans operations, procedures, integration, brand positioning and the practical foundations that allow teams to perform at their best.
Today, Michelle is focused on building a commercial painting and remedial business nationally while seeking to acquire profitable, well-established companies with strong foundations and genuine growth potential.
